Selection and installation method of elevator guide rail (2)

10/26/2020 9:45:10 PM

 1. Determine the installation position of the rail bracket:

For elevator shaft walls without rail support embedded iron, the position of the guide rail bracket on the shaft wall should be determined according to the distance between the guide rail brackets and the vertical line of the installation rail bracket as required by the drawing.

When the positions of the bottom row of rail brackets and the top row of rail brackets are not clearly specified on the drawing, the following regulations should be used: the bottom row of rail brackets are installed at the corresponding position 1000mm above the decorative floor of the pit. The top row of rails is installed at the corresponding position not greater than 500 m under the top of the hoistway.

While determining the position of the rail bracket, it is also necessary to consider that the rail connecting plate (connector plate) and the rail bracket cannot touch. The staggered net distance is not less than 30mm.

If the drawing does not clearly stipulate, take the lowest rail bracket as the base point, and a row of rail brackets every 2000mm upwards. The spacing of individual locations (such as the connection board) can be enlarged appropriately, but should not be greater than 2500mm.

For car guide rails longer than 4m (including 4m), each should have at least two guide rail supports. Car guide rails with a length of 4m to 3m are not subject to this limitation, but the distance between the guide rail supports shall not be greater than 2m. If the manufacturer's drawings require it to be constructed according to its requirements.

2. Install the rail bracket:

Choose one of the following methods according to the design requirements and specific conditions of each elevator.

The elevator shaft wall has embedded iron:

Remove the embedded iron surface concrete. If the embedded iron hits the concrete shaft wall, it must be removed from the concrete.

Check the position of the embedded iron according to the vertical line of the mounting rail bracket. If the position is offset and cannot meet the installation requirements, the iron plate can be repaired on the embedded iron. The thickness of the iron plate δ≥16mm, and the length generally does not exceed 300mm. When the length exceeds 200mm, the end shall be fixed to the well wall with expansion bolts not less than φ16. The lap length of the additional iron plate and the original embedded iron shall not be less than 50mm, and full welding on three sides is required.

Install the rail bracket:

(a) Before installing the guide rail bracket, review the reference line laid down on the sample plate (the reference line is 1 to 3 mm from the plane of the guide rail bracket, and the distance between the two lines is generally 80 to 100 mm. One of them is the reference line based on the center of the guide rail. One is the auxiliary line for installing the rail bracket.

(b) Measure the actual height of each guide rail bracket from the wall, and process them according to the sequence number;

(c) Determine the position of the guide rail support according to the center line of the guide rail support and its plane auxiliary line, and perform leveling and alignment. Then proceed to welding;

(d) The unevenness of the entire guide rail bracket should not be greater than 5mm;

(e) In order to ensure that the guide rail support plane and the guide rail contact surface are tight, the vertical error of the support end surface is less than 1mm;

(f) The contact surface of the guide rail bracket and the embedded iron should be tight, and the welding should be full welding inside and outside, and the welding height should not be less than 5mm. The welding meat should be full, and there should be no slag, meat biting, air holes, etc.
